Before your appointment:

• Please arrive with no makeup around eye area.
• Use a oil-free mild cleanser to remove your eye makeup.
• Do not use oil-based make up remover.
• Lashes must be clean for the adhesive to bond properly.
• For people who wear contact lenses, we recommend removing your contact lenses before lash application.



Aftercare

• Do not expose your new eyelash extensions to water for the first 24 hours after application to allow the adhesive to completely dry.
• Do not use hot tubs, steam rooms or saunas for about 2 days.
• Use eye makeup remover and avoid oily products near your lashes.
• Be gentle with your eyelashes. Try not to touch or rub your lashes.
• We don't recommend applying mascara over extensions. If you insist on mascara, only use water based mascara and applies it middle to tip avoiding root area.
• Do not perm or curl your eyelashes.
• Try not to sleep on your face with your lashes pushed into pillow.
• DO not attempt to remove the lash extensions yourself. Come in and let us professionally remove them with a special remover.
• It is recommended to get a touch-up every two to three weeks to maintain fullness.
